Shipping policy

Plan on 7–15 business days from order to doorstep. That is 2–5 business days to make your shirt plus 5–10 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day count from that day; orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on a weekend or US federal holiday, count from the next business day.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.

Import duties are on us

Your shirt is made and printed by our production partner in China, and our prices include every import duty, customs charge, and brokerage fee. We ship delivered-duty-paid, so those charges are settled before your parcel reaches you. Nothing is collected at your door and no customs invoice will follow. If a carrier or broker ever bills you for an order from this site, send us the invoice and we will reimburse you in full.

Where we ship

All 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Checkout also accepts Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Freely Associated States (Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau). Those go by USPS and can take longer than the times above. We do not ship to any other country. Orders from outside these areas cannot be placed at checkout.

How your order moves

Order placed. You get a confirmation email within minutes. The 5:00 PM Eastern cut-off above decides which business day your production clock starts.
Production, 2–5 business days. Our production partner in China makes the shirt, prints the design, checks it, and packs it.
Shipped, 5–10 business days. The parcel travels to your US address and you get a second email with a tracking number.
Delivered. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your building office, then email us within 7 days.

Multiple shirts

Shirts in one order may be packed separately and arrive on different days. You pay one shipping charge for the whole order.

Address problems

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we refund the shirt price but not the original shipping. To fix an address, email us within 12 hours of ordering.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs, customs processing, and holiday volume can push delivery past 15 business days. If your order has not arrived by business day 20, email support@fashencepteltd.store or call +1 786-828-2525 with the order number and we will trace it or replace it.
