Ordering
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email us with the order number. After 12 hours the shirt is usually already in production and cannot be changed.
Why does the size list change when I pick a color?
Each color comes in the sizes our print partner stocks for it. Black runs XS to 4XL. Most colors run S to 2XL. A few colors have only one or two sizes. The picker only shows sizes that exist.
Why do bigger sizes cost more?
The blank costs more in 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL. We pass that cost through. The price you see for the size you pick is the price you pay, plus shipping and any sales tax.
The print
Why is there a white rectangle around the design?
The artwork is printed on a white panel. On the White shirt the panel is invisible. On every other color it shows as a white rectangle behind the art. The images on each product page show how each color looks with the panel.
Are the product images photos?
They are print previews generated by our print partner from the real print file on the real blank color. They are not photos of a finished shirt. The placement, the panel, and the colors match what gets printed. Fabric texture and lighting in real life will differ a little.
How is it printed?
Direct-to-garment or direct-to-film printing, chosen by the print facility. Both are ink on fabric, not vinyl.
Will the print crack or fade?
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Do not iron over the print. Cared for this way the print holds up to regular wear. We replace shirts that arrive with print defects.

How long until it arrives?
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping inside the US takes 5–10 business days. Plan on 7–15 business days total from the day you order.
What does shipping cost?
$4.95 flat. Orders of $60 or more ship free.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.
Returns
Can I return a shirt that does not fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The shirt must be unworn and unwashed. You pay return shipping to our address in Alexandria, VA. There is no restocking fee. See the Returns and Refunds page for the steps.
The print is wrong or the shirt arrived damaged.
Email two photos within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund at your choice, and you keep the shirt. You pay nothing.
