You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a shirt or report a problem. Two situations, two paths.
1. Something is wrong with the shirt
Misprint, print defect, damage in transit, wrong size or color sent, wrong design sent: we fix it at no cost to you.
- Email support@fashencepteltd.store within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and two photos: the whole shirt and a close-up of the problem.
- We reply within 1 business day.
- Choose a free replacement or a full refund, including the shipping you paid.
- You keep the shirt. We do not ask you to mail it back.
2. You changed your mind or the size is off
We accept the return. You pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee.

- Email us with your order number and the reason. We send a return number within 1 business day.
- Write the return number on a note inside the package. Ship to:

- We inspect the shirt and refund within 5–7 business days of receiving it.
Packages without a return number are processed last and may take up to 14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not run a direct exchange. Return the shirt under path 2 and place a new order for the size or color you want. Because every shirt is printed to order, this is faster than waiting for us to receive the first one.
What we cannot take back
- Shirts that have been worn or washed
- Returns started more than 30 days after delivery
- Shirts damaged by the customer, such as ironing directly on the print
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order. After that the shirt is usually in production and the 30-day return path above applies.
