These terms cover every purchase from fashencepteltd.store, operated by KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (Fashence, we, us). By placing an order you agree to them. Effective September 5, 2026.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and have a US shipping address in one of the areas listed on our Shipping Policy.
2. Products
Every shirt is printed to order on a Bella+Canvas 3001 blank. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the fabric. The design prints on a white panel that is visible on every color except White. Product photos show how each color looks.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and differ by size. You are charged when you place the order. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. See Payment.
4. Order acceptance
Your confirmation email means we received the order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot verify payment, if the address is outside our shipping area, or if a listing contained an obvious pricing error. We will email you if that happens.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that the order is in production.
6. Shipping
Delivery estimates are 7–15 business days. They are estimates, and carrier delays can push them out. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full terms are in the Shipping Policy.
7. Returns
Our Returns and Refunds page is part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, free fixes for our mistakes, return postage on you for change of mind, no restocking fee.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, photos, and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or resell them. Bella+Canvas and Printify are trademarks of their owners and are named only to describe the blank and the print service.
9. Warranty and liability
Beyond the remedies on the Returns page, products are provided as is to the extent state law allows. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Your account and conduct
Give accurate information at checkout. Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Alexandria, Virginia, unless your state's consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.
