Short answer: the blank tee is made by Bella+Canvas and, according to our print partner, sourced from Honduras. The printing happens at a Printify partner facility, usually inside the United States. The box ships from that facility with tracking. We make no claim about US manufacturing, because the shirt itself is not made here.
Step 1: the blank
Every design goes on the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex jersey tee. Bella+Canvas is a US company that makes its blanks in Central America. The listing data from our print partner says this blank is sourced from Honduras. We repeat that, and nothing more, because that is what we can verify.
Step 2: the print
We do not own a printer. When you order, Printify routes the job to the partner facility nearest your address that has your color and size in stock. Most orders print in the United States. Occasionally a facility outside the US is closer or the only one with stock; if that happens, the shirt still ships to you the same way, with tracking, and you pay no extra.

Step 3: the box
The facility packs the shirt and hands it to USPS or another ground carrier. You get the tracking number by email. Time frames and costs are on the Shipping Policy, which is the one place we keep those numbers so they never disagree.
Where returns go
Returns do not go back to the print facility. They come to our mailing address in Alexandria, Virginia, listed on the Returns and Refunds page. That address is an office, not a store or warehouse.
Who we are
Fashence is run by KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. There is no factory, no team of designers in a loft, and no phone line. There is an email inbox that gets answered. More on the About page.
